 Dr. Kim is very thorough in explaining the process of how she is going to treat us with our issues. She has resolved both of our issues; you just have to be patient and do what she ask you to do. It takes a little bit of time to see results. You will be super happy with results at the end. Dr Kim provided both of us with plan of what she will be doing. I am happy that I have found a Dr that has great bedside manners and listens to our concerns & find a solution. Her staff is friendly and accommodating to my work schedule when needing an appointment. She is an amazing doctor!!!!!! She has truly changed my skin in the best way! My visits are always prompt and efficient! And she listens to my concerns and provides her professional insight. As a black woman my skin care and sensitivity can be way different and she understood that! I came into her office in the beginning as an inconsistent patient and she treated me with care letting me know the best way to get the results I wanted was consistency. I truly loved how careful she is with me. I also mentioned chemical peels to her and she was absolutely against it. Which again I with appreciated because she provided her professional expertise and she let me know with consistency I won't need a chemical peel. SHE WAS 100000% CORRECT ! My skin looks amazing !! Her team also always provides great care. Friendly service. She's so polite and friendly and gentle with her patients.

From start to finish ( still waiting on biopsy results), verifying insurance benefits prior to scheduling my appointment over the phone, sending an easy online portal to complete forms, and making an appointment for the requested time was done with ease. Then the appointment with Dr. Kim was very thorough and efficient.
